We developed the groundbreaking Anti-microbial Resistance (AMR) Multi-Sectoral Data Sharing Platform, the first of its kind to integrate sample data from Animal Health, Human Health, and Environmental Health laboratories into a unified, interoperable system.
This platform provides a comprehensive and real-time view of antimicrobial resistance patterns, antimicrobial consumption trends, and related health metrics. By bridging data silos across sectors, it facilitates collaborative research, policy enforcement, and coordinated responses to AMR challenges.
The platform supports the implementation of national AMR policies and strengthens the One Health approach by fostering cross-sectoral collaboration at the national and continental levels, ultimately advancing efforts to combat AMR effectively.
